At ABEC we offer a wide range of stainless steel plate to fabricate, manufacture and produce Biopharmaceutical ASME pressure vessels. The materials we use include 304/304L, 316/316L, 317L, AL6XN, Hastelloy C-276, C-22, Inco 625, and Inconel 825.
Our Craftsmen who fabricate our vessels are among the most experienced in the business. With many years of experience on our shop floor, the attention to detail during the fabrication process is world class. We can process plate material to a thickness of 5/8in, and with 15 ton capacity cranes and 34ft under the hook, can fabricate any vessel required by this industry.
Our custom approach to fabrication includes several mechanical polishing steps to produce a uniform surface, followed by a stringent electropolishing process, to insure a virtually mirror finish, eliminating pits and occlusions that might potentially cause problems once in use.
All of our vessels go through an FAT that includes sprayball coverage testing. In order to guarantee 100% coverage, all sprayballs are custom designed and drilled specific to each vessel. To do this, we use a computer generated drill chart based on actual vessel dimensions and nozzle locations.
