Complete, In-house Manufacturing Capacity for Long-term Supply Assurance
With 5 facilities on two continents, ABEC’s equipment and consumables manufacturing capabilities lead the industry. We are the only supplier in the world that can offer customized single-use, stainless-steel, and hybrid bioprocess solutions. With over 34,150m² (367,500 ft²) of manufacturing space and three ISO-7 cleanrooms, our ability to build bioprocessing equipment and complex large-scale system configurations for factory acceptance testing (FAT) is unrivaled.
Unlike many of our competitors, critical components and subsystems such as control panels, sanitary vessels, disposable containers, and disposable container holders are made in-house and not outsourced.
ABEC supports biopharma customers around the world through a coordinated global footprint that provides proximity, responsiveness, and consistent execution. We work closely with biomanufacturers wherever production happens while maintaining a single standard of quality and accountability.
